The Callen Group performed a Culture Assessment for a UK-based Oil and Gas Operator with Decommissioning assets in the North Sea. The purpose and intent of the Assessment was to understand how the organization’s values, processes, and behaviors contribute to the overall work environment.
A gap analysis was performed on the process vs implementation and findings and recommendations were then presented to the leadership team.
