Why are purpose and intent so important to belief?
If an individual understands purpose and understands intent it creates a foundation of belief. Our values and beliefs change attitudes and create desire. Desire motivates individuals to properly utilize tools, and execute on process yielding the desired outcome with a higher degree of predictability.
Most of the time the reason they don’t work is not because the tools are not fit for purpose, rather it is because we have gotten away from the purpose and intent that we created them for in the first place.
