Our Coach Martin Smith onboard the Seadrill West Elara in Norway captured these shots while the deck crew was changing out the crane headache ball.
This was a pro-active Time Out to look for drift and make sure the equipment was functioning properly. Martin showed them how easy drift can creep in by getting them to step back from the task and asses risk.
