What If the Most Important Coach on the Rig Wasn’t the Consultant?
We believe the value of coaching lies in the sustainable conversations that remain long after we are gone. Our Coach Ronnie Birse is working with our client in developing their OHSEA (Offshore Health, Safety & Environment Advisor). Not as an observer, but as an active coaching partner.
By accompanying our coaches during sessions with Supervisors, the OHSEA builds practical coaching skills—active listening, influence, and real-time feedback—across Control of Work, Pre-Tour and Pre-Task Meetings, Time Out For Safety, Work Site Verifications, STAR drills, and Debriefs.
Contact us today to learn how we could help your offshore Supervisors and HSE leaders to improve their coaching skills.
